Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Many items in our inventory are "made to order" and will have increased processing times, these are generally processed within 1-2 Weeks. Please contact us regarding current lead times prior to ordering if this is of concern.

Customised orders also have extended processing times, this is dependent on level of customisation and processing time will vary accordingly.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 


International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated in checkout

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at 4jperformanceparts@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
